
Executive Assistant - Multinational Insurance Firm

- Experience working IT department preferred
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior executive
- Managing schedules, calendars, meeting and travel arrangements
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agenda and related materials, following up post-meeting action items
- Organizing and maintaining records, reports, and documentation efficiently
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Managing expense reimbursement
- Organizing team events, onboarding logistics and ad hoc team support
- Coordinating with IT vendors and other suppliers for procurement
- Other ad hoc assignments/ projects
- 5 years of relevant experience supporting senior-level executive, ideally from IT division
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities effectively
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin)
- Attention to details, strong team player, high sense of confidentiality and integrity
