
Event Marketing Officer - Hong Kong, Singapore market

- Own the Event Lifecycle: Plan, organize, and execute a variety of online and offline events, such as Odoo Business Show, webinar, Odoo Academy, trade shows, in your assigned APAC markets, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all attendees
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and Odoo partners to create compelling event content, presentations, and promotional materials
- Drive Interest & Attendance: Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to maximize event visibility and hit attendance targets. You'll manage everything from social media promotion and email campaigns to ad copy creation
- Master Our Tools: Utilize the Odoo apps, such as Event, Website Builder, CRM and Email marketing, to manage event pages and content, ensuring a professional and user-friendly experience
- Build Relationships: Coordinate with external vendors for venues and materials, and act as the main point of contact for our trade show sponsorships and partners
- Analyze & Optimize: Track event performance, manage budgets, and generate insightful reports to continuously improve our event strategy
- Bachelor degree, or higher
- At least 1 year of marketing experience, with a preference for a background in event management or digital marketing
- A passion for exploring diverse APAC markets and an eagerness to understand different business cultures
- Bilingual proficiency in English and one of the following languages: Cantonese / Mandarin / Burmese
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Interest in technology and a desire to learn more about Odoo product
- A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry, with preference in B2B marketing
