  • 協助與潛在顧客主動推廣公司的資訊 ，與銷售團隊合作擴大銷售渠道；
  • 透過warm call與現有客戶聯繫，向他們提供公司的服務資訊，如有需要更新現有客戶的聯絡資訊
  • 在資料系統中維護準確的記錄，詳細記錄客戶聯繫資訊
Job Description:
  • Assist in promoting company information to potential customers ;
  • Work in conjunction with Sales Teams to grow the sales pipeline
  • Contact existing clients through warm calls, providing them with information about the company's services, and updating their contact information as needed
  • Maintain accurate records in data system, with detailed information on customer contacts
Qualifications要求：
  • 歡迎大學生或畢業生
  • 能操流利粵語、普通話及英語
  • 有客戶服務/電話行銷經驗者優先
  • 熱誠主動，良好表達、溝通技巧及良好顧客服務態度
  • 完善在職培訓

  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Previous experience in customer services / telemarketing will be an advantage
  • Confidence in developing relationships with clients
