● Support Global merchant due diligence and “Know-Your-Customer” process.
● Support credit risk and AML risk assessment of new merchant applications
● Support KYC tasks, including monitoring and tracking of the KYC records and Appendix approval process, assisting with the development and execution of action planning for expiring records, ensuring records are not past due
● Support merchant fraud and chargeback management
● Handle other risk tasks when requireWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
● Degree in Finance or Risk Management is preferred
● Proficient in both English and Mandarin
● Passionate in developing career in Ecommerce business
● Customer oriented mindset with risk sensitivity
● Strong communication skill
● Proficient in excel, world, ppt, etc. All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
