The job holder is responsible for:

To provide warm welcome to customers, understand their needs and ensure the Best Customer Experience is achieved

To handle inquiries raised by customers

To support various customer events and perform administrative duties

To support ad hoc assignments arranged by managers

Requirements:

Diploma holder or above

At least 1-year relevant customer service experience would be an advantage

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Fluent in English is preferred

Able to work on weekend and ad hoc rostering

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Brand Ambassador

Work location: Hung Hom
