Job Summary:This role involves leading the planning, execution, and delivery of key strategic projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships to ensure projects align with organizational goals and are completed successfully.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, defining clear scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress meticulously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Coordinate resources effectively and manage cross-functional project teams.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports and updates for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project activities and outcomes comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, and utilize advanced project management software and tools for efficient tracking and reporting.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a project management office (PMO) or a role involving event marketing for youth/child initiatives.
  • Strong background in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience engaging with government entities, NGOs, or the education sector is highly desirable.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese).
