Assistant General Manager (Corporate & Community Relations)

• Promote the social mission and business initiatives of the Housing Society among target groups in the community, through corporate social responsibility and corporate sustainability initiatives as well as partnership with the industry and community stakeholders.
• Contribute to the fulfilment of community responsibilities of the Housing Society as a public body in order to facilitate the implementation of projects at various districts.
• Handle requests for visits, sponsorships and support in all forms from the community and make due arrangements to maintain favourable community relations.

• Degree holder in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related disciplines.
• At least 12 years' post-qualification relevant work experience, of which at least 5 years in managerial role.
• Proven track record of effectively plan, monitor and evaluate CSR programmes, community events, seminars and conferences.
• Experienced in handling community issues and implementing public engagement plans.
• Working experience in public organisations or handling public affairs projects would be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Sensitive to political climate and public affairs, especially housing and sustainbility issues.
• Good computer literacy, including PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
• Irregular work hours and overtime required.

• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Senior Manager (Corporate & Community Relations).
