Company DescriptionThe Opportunity:Mattel APAC is seeking an Accountant for our Finance division with a focus in analysis and reporting.Job DescriptionWhat Your Impact Will Be:

Handle month-end closing and prepare financial & management reports for the US region
Monitor accounts receivable and liaise with internal and external parties on customers related matters, and prepare regular accounts receivable reports to management
Prepare cashflow forecast and perform variance analysis against forecast
Prepare interim & year-end audit schedules and support SOX audit & financial audit
Respond to ad hoc queries from various stakeholders including Commercial Finance and different business functions
Support supervisor on control compliance, system implementation, process enhancement projects and ad hoc assignments

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:

Degree holder in Accounting or Finance or other related disciplines
Qualified member of CPA or equivalent will be an advantage
At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial and management reporting, preferably from MNCs
Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel e.g. Pivot table, V-lookup is a must
Knowledgeable in ERP system e.g. Oracle and HFM is a plus
A good team player with positive mindset and strong interpersonal and communication skills
With strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
