Senior Electrical Engineer

• Responsible for the schematic design, component placement, layout and prototyping design effort.
• Organize and perform prototyping efforts, direct and coordinate in-house and external prototype fabrication efforts.
• Responsible for the EE design documentation update, writing test reports and carry out qualification test.
• Communicate and collaborate with various team members, both verbal and written, on technical issues and provide technical support to customers.
• Work closely with the project leader to complete additional tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in power electronics, electrical automation, measurement, or control
• Minimum of 8 years working in power electronics design and R&D
• Familiar with embedded hardware design and analog circuit design especially in automotive industry
• Experience in high-power AC/DC and high frequency SMPS product
• Knowledge in selection of power devices (IGBT, MOSFET, etc.) and design of magnetic components.
• Proficient with design for manufacturing, testing, and compliance best practices
• Familiar with the design principles of vehicle charging piles, and have experience in schematic design, PCB layout, PFC product, EMC and safety regulations
• Strong communication in both Chinese and English, written and verbal
• Good collaboration skills, teamwork spirit, and strong ability to withstand pressure
• Experience in charging pile or high-power wireless charging is preferred
