We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Manager to oversee and develop our business growth.Roles & ResponsibilitiesOversee the financial operations of the organizationTake responsibility for month-end operations, including reconciliation, reporting, and consolidation at the regional levelOversee the whole financial operations including AP, AR, fixed assets, inventory, taxes, financial accounting and managementDevelop and manage reports, budgets, profit, forecasting financial results.Coordinates monthly and annual closing activitiesEnsure that financial transactions adhere to business accounting policies as well as (Regional GAAP) and local GAAPLead & review the team to conduct variance analyses and ensure timely and accurate monthly management reportingFinalize and file statutory accounts to maintain compliance with APAC statutory requirementsStay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations.Performs other duties as assigned or requiredJob RequirementsDegree or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplinesQualified member of CPA, CPAA, ACCA or equivalentMinimum of 5 years relevant experience in FP&A or Management reportingExperience in managing team and working with senior managementSolid experience with in-depth knowledge of Hong Kong tax lawsProactive, independent, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysesProficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)We Offer:Competitive salary and bonus structure.Comprehensive training and career development opportunities.A friendly work environment and team culture.Fitness membership and additional benefits.How to Apply:
