As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of HR-related IT projects from initiation to completion. You’ll work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full project lifecycle activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Gather and analyze client requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee system analysis, design, development, testing, training, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support presales activities such as requirement analysis, effort estimation, and proposal development.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 10 years focused on HR systems implementation and support
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud, PeopleSoft HCM or Workday HCM is an advantage
  • Proven success in leading full-cycle, end-to-end HR technology projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both English and Chinese.
  • PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification, or a consulting background, is a plus
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
