- Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, national, and international environmental regulations and standards.
- Sustainability Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sourcing, Supply Chain, Logistics, QA QC) to develop and implement corporate sustainability initiatives.
- Higg FEM Expertise: Utilize Higg Facility Environmental Module (FEM) and analyze supplier environmental data to identify improvement areas.
- Decarbonization Projects: Lead decarbonization initiatives and environmental impact projects to enhance our sustainability performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive environmental continuous improvement processes, promoting best practices across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental compliance or sustainability, preferably in the apparel sector.
- Strong knowledge of Higg FEM and environmental data analysis.
- Proven track record of leading decarbonization and environmental improvement projects.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
