- Hold overall accountability for the performance and growth of the assigned region. This includes optimizing operations, and leading teams toward sustainable profitability, and achieving sales targets.
- Oversee the cybersecurity project development and implementation of all regional activities to protect the Company's assets.
- Sets strategic directions while also managing day-to-day execution to ensure that the region's business objectives are met or exceeded.
- Manage the policy and operations of the HK region for the achievement of business objectives, increased profit, and market share.
- Establish regional objectives, policies, programs, and set standards and targets.
- Prepare budgets, required reports, and forecasts.
- Manage goal setting, performance, and development of all local staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the activities and performance of the region.
- Coordinate regional staff to optimize the use of human and material resources.
- Represent the Company in negotiations with clients, suppliers, and external partners.
- Provide leadership to Technology Team and Business Development/Sales teams.
- Authorize funds to implement policies, programs, and business strategies.
- Actively pursue and secure research and regional financial incentives.
- Effectively delegate authority and task responsibilities to subordinates.
- A history in consulting & implementing cybersecurity solutions within the industry
- Minimum 10-15 years of supervisory and people management experience.
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration is preferred
