Senior Audit Managers / Audit Managers

• Lead the engagement management of a client portfolio including MNCs, private and listed corporations of various industries in providing professional audit, assurance, IPO, M&A services, including more complex engagements
• Manage engagement profitability by developing realistic budget, proper resources planning, progress monitoring and timely billing
• Participate and support partners and directors in new business target and proposal opportunities and maintain productive work relationship with client management
• Provide technical supervision and constructive feedback to professional team staff, develop and assess their performance for engagements and periodic reviews

• Qualified accountants with at least 8 / 6 years of professional audit and assurance related experience with sizable international accounting firms; experience with SFC and insurance company audit are of definite advantage
• Experience in leading audit engagements for listed clients in Hong Kong & China, and in participating engagement proposal activities
• Possess strong business sense, management and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and writing skills in both English & Chinese including Putonghua
• Confident in networking with clients/contacts for business development opportunities
• A good leader capable of training, coaching and developing team staff
• Willing to travel on business needs
