- Provide account servicing, addressing client inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly.
- Manage contract renewals, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling, working closely with the Client Service Lead.
- Track and report on account activities, renewal status, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Customer Support and Finance, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and client satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
