- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions and operational tasks.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure timely and accurate communication.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing events.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Support onboarding of new employees and oversee training logistics.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement solutions.
- Help coordinate logistics and shipment activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, meeting minutes, and reports.
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations role preferred; candidates with less experience will be considered for an Assistant position.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
