- Drive advisory opportunities in the Asia Pacific region leveraging global expertise as well as local consulting capabilities. Create trusted relationship with clients at senior levels. Deliver strong topline growth for the firm by collaborating across solution lines
- Business development in APAC with a focus on one or more areas of human capital, including M&A, larger integrated organization transformation, total rewards, and strategic communication.
- Contribute to advisory content development through innovative ideas. Play a leading role in contributing to research and article or white paper or applied content to a speech or webcast.
- Play an important role in developing the technical / consulting skills of our team members. Support development of capabilities and offerings.
- Displaying industry knowledge and understanding client segment trends and integrating that knowledge into product and advisory solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in management consulting, HR consulting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of talent advisory, HR strategy, and related domains, including Employee Value Proposition, Company Culture Change
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and other relevant tools.
- Proficiency in creating documents and decks using PowerPoint and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and prioritize tasks accordingly.
