Description:What you will do:
  • Create a rewarding Associate Journey with the People Brand by recruiting and selecting the best candidates at the right time within the budget
  • Lead the recruitment strategies and outline the marketing plan for attracting and developing talents
  • Drive associate engagement by introducing and mastering associate activities
  • Build rapport and communicate effectively with associates at all levels
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and the Division and ensure the implementation of office administration, hotel policies, and procedures are aligned with hotel standards
Qualifications:What you should have:
  • Ideally with a university degree in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in the hotel industry
  • Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must
  • Effective communication skills and proficiency in English and Cantonese are essential for this role
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
