- Lead the recruitment strategies and outline the marketing plan for attracting and developing talents
- Drive associate engagement by introducing and mastering associate activities
- Build rapport and communicate effectively with associates at all levels
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and the Division and ensure the implementation of office administration, hotel policies, and procedures are aligned with hotel standards
- Ideally with a university degree in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in the hotel industry
- Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in English and Cantonese are essential for this role
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
