This position is based in QSC Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all general sales support to Sales Team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work under the Greater China Sales Team.
Perform clerical support to Sales Team.
Handle all general sales support.
Update the pipeline report weekly.
Prepare quotation and check stock status.
Work with fulfilment house to update the stock status and sales order.
Perform related duties as assigned or requested.
12 hours per week
Immediately available is preferred.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Diploma or above with good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
1- 2 years relevant experience is preferred.
Experiences with Salesforce is preferred.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must possess well-developed oral and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Good interpersonal skills to collaborate and work effectively with other individuals within the company.
