This position is based in QSC Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all general sales support to Sales Team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work under the Greater China Sales Team.
  • Perform clerical support to Sales Team.
  • Handle all general sales support.
  • Update the pipeline report weekly.
  • Prepare quotation and check stock status.
  • Work with fulfilment house to update the stock status and sales order.
  • Perform related duties as assigned or requested.
  • 12 hours per week
  • Immediately available is preferred.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Diploma or above with good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
  • 1- 2 years relevant experience is preferred.
  • Experiences with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must possess well-developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills to collaborate and work effectively with other individuals within the company.
