Accounts Officer - Professional Service Company

• Managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process for the department.
• Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Reconciling bank statements and monitoring cash flow activities.
• Collaborating with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Participating in audits and providing necessary documentation as required.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
