- Identify new sites and responsible for leasing renewals of existing stores
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies and financial assessment and report to top management
- Conduct market research and achieve company expansion plan
- Develop long term relationship with the landlord and agents
- Work closely with stakeholders to formulate long term strategies
- Degree holder or above
- A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in retail/ F&B leasing
- Experience in food license registration
- Solid network in the real estate field & good knowledge in F&B market
- Excellent negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- 12 months salary with bonus
- 5 days work
