Start your adventure and journey with us.About The BusinessWe help clients manage regulatory compliance, enforcement actions, financial crime, and other regulatory investigation related matters (excluding the practice of law). These services are usually in support of the Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Internal Legal Counsel, External Legal Counsel or other designated client leaders responsible for regulatory, compliance, and financial crime issues, delivered through:
  • Regulatory & Compliance;
  • Financial Industry Risk & Regulatory;
  • Financial Crime
Work you'll do
  • Ensure a good understanding of our client’s needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored actionable technology solutions and apply new technologies that align with their business objectives.
  • Assist banks in updating and transforming existing system functionalities to achieve greater automation in risk management processes
  • Perform requirements analysis, application design and develops technical design documents
  • Apply new technologies/ new solutions to drive the design of the systems and tools
  • Conduct system implementation supervision work, including progress management, user acceptance testing, and coordination of the release/deployment of new solutions to production.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance client understanding of new solutions
  • Support business developing activities, such as developing proposals and presenting to client's management

  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in risk management consulting or technology consulting within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, with hands-on experience in automation and system enhancement, experience in system development and implementation is a plus
  • Possesses deep understanding of the development and application of new technologies in the financial industry, along with hands-on implementation experience
  • Demonstrates strong project management capabilities, with proven experience in managing complex or large-scale projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in Cantonese highly desirable
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business value
  • Ability to work well under highly demanding and intense pressure environment
  • Self-starter, work under ambiguous environment with minimal direction
