• Responsible for all leasing and tenancy matters such as including new lettings, renewals, term negotiations, marketing, budgeting and tenancy administrative work.
• Assist management to formulate strategic plans to achieve the business objectives.
• Conduct indepth market research and feasibility studies to identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate premises takeover & handover, fitting-out, and renovation.
• Create reports for rental forecast as well as leasing report preparation.

• At least 1 year of solid retail leasing experience from a top-tier property developer. Job grade will be commensurate to experience.
• Strong business network with tenant/agency is highly advantageous.
• Must have solid negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, outgoing and aggressive personality.
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin Chinese (speaking and written).
