Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of the monthly accounts, financial and management reports.
Support ERP implementation to satisfy internal control and financial reporting requirements
Take lead in solving accounting operation issues in a systematic and timely fashion
Drive finance operations issues to resolution from beginning to end, working with internal teams such as product & engineering in different locations to troubleshoot operation issues
Codify operational processes through documentation updates and knowledge transfer
Liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth and timely compliance of statutory audit requirements
Participate in ad hoc tasks assigned by managementWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:Bachelor's degree with a major in Business Administration / Information Systems / Finance or Accounting
At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting & finance operations
Good communication and collaborative skills
A proactive problem solver, with an affinity to systems thinking and continuous improvement
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
