- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to drive foot traffic and sales in retail stores.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitors' activities to implement marketing strategies.
- Develop join-promotion, pop-up, in-store VIP event with shopping mall and business partner
- Maintain strong relationships with media partners, and external agencies to support marketing initiatives.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including print, digital, social media, email marketing, and direct mail.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as sales data, customer feedback, and ROI, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with merchandising teams to ensure effective product placement and optimize visual merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional pricing strategies and coordinate sales events and promotions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling in-store displays, signage, and promotional materials.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion industry
- Excellent in communication skills, presentation skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Passionate, energetic and capable of accepting challenges
- Advanced level in MS Office and Excel
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
