酒店的日常營運管理和設立酒店營運SOP手冊
酒店前臺/清掃員工培訓和協助會計制定預算和成本控制
Good spoken and written in English and Japanese N2 level

Job requirements for Cook (日式廚師):

Station at Japan (長野県)
3年以上日餐經驗、日文N4以上
規劃和管理餐廳廚房整體日常運作
制定菜式、功能表，監控食材品質和使用量，管理庫存
保持食物品質和穩定性，確保食品安全及廚房衛生標準
