  • Develop and execute trading strategies for electronic components to maximize revenue and margins.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and key customers worldwide.
  • Monitor market trends, component availability, and pricing to identify trading opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and clients to secure competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory optimization.
  • Analyze sales data and market reports to forecast demand and guide strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in trading or sourcing of electronic components or related industries.
  • Proven track record of managing supplier/customer relationships and driving profitable trading outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of the electronics components market, including semiconductors, passives, and connectors.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with global stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus.
