
Senior Consultant - Technical Lead (CRM) - Digital - Hong Kong

- Handle application design, development, and maintenance of digital solutions for our clients from across a wide range of industries
- Capture integration and technical requirements for implementation
- Participate in product design, technology research and prototyping
- Follow software engineering best practices and proper quality management in all work
- Learn and adopt various package solutions for implementation at our clients
- Work with the latest and most in-demand technologies, concepts, and approaches
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- 4-6 year experiences in leading technical team with diversified background and location
- Can lead up solution design and present clearly to client
- Have experience in CRM and contact center technology– Salesforce, Dynamic, Genesys, Sprinklr, Avaya
- Have experience in cloud engineering and micro-service development will be a bonus
- Experience in delivering packaged solutions in an enterprise environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high commitment to quality client service
- Mature, proactive, committed, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese
