- Work with Group functions and BUs to drive and structure an inventory planning and optimization project in the supply chain areas. Be a part of change management.
- Understand the business needs and facilitate between business and technical expertise in details design, to bring projects to life and maximize the projects benefits.
- Plan and manage the project schedule, communicate the status and deliverables to the stakeholder and tracking the improvement.
- Build the knowledge to leverage the best practice among the Group and accelerate the deployment cycle.
- Explore and evaluate the new technology.

- Degree holder in Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or similar disciplines.
- Must have 4+ years experiences in project management / business analysis /data engineering /inventory planning or forecasting / system implementation.
- Computer knowledge : Python/ SQL/Tableau / Power BI/machine learning and good PowerPoint skill.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin & Chinese.
- Strong problem solving, detail-oriented, self-motivated with can-do attitude.
- Must be prepared to travel to Asia and China.
- Candidates with less exp. will be considered as Assistant Manager.
