Review and verify new client and matter forms
Assist in implementing information barriers while ensuring confidentiality
Research new and existing clients using data provider software
Identify corporate structures and ultimate beneficial ownership
Guide on required documents for due diligence
Monitor and update client due diligence records
Escalate AML issues as needed
Record decisions and undertake risk assessments

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a Risk and Compliance function
Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese languages are a plus
Solutions-driven with a problem-solving attitude
Keen interest in AML legislation and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of Intapp is an advantage
