Manage and ensure the smooth running of the daily kitchen operation

管理及確保日常廚房運作事宜 * Ensure high standard of food quality and kitchen hygiene確保食物質量和廚房衛生 * Fully understand of menu items, recipes, ingredients, cooking methods & food presentation充分了解菜單項目，食譜，配料，烹飪方法和出品擺設Requirement要求:

1-2 years of working experience in hotels/ catering group
