- Handle phone calls and respond to guests' inquiries in an efficient and courteous tone
- Assist guests in all inquiries
- 1 year or above related experience gained in sizable hotel is preferredand
- Good telephone manner with excellent customer service skills
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- No overnight shift is required
