What can you expect?This is a great opportunity for recent Bachelor’s degree in Valuations or Real Estate that will be recognised by the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. You will learn from and work alongside inspiring colleagues who will mentor and help you develop the skills needed to make a meaningful contribution to our team and the firm.The role will see you be an important member of the valuations team, supporting valuation projects across Asia for a range of purposes. This role would suit an analytical, driven, growth focused individual open to travel with experience in undertaking valuations across a range of industries.   • Assist with valuation tasks ranging from research, site inspections, reporting, calculations, reviews and varying other tasks
  • Work together with experienced team members to service our current clients and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Analyze reports to gather useful information and provide insights to clients and colleagues.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Create presentations for clients and potential prospects.
  • Provide advice to clients in developing and adjusting project approaches, methodology, and tools to guide valuation programs and initiatives.
  • Contribute to projects and initiatives.
What do we look for?
  • Recent graduates with Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Valuations or Engineering, ideally with a pathway to professional membership to Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
