The role could provide a highly rewarding opportunity for you and your career.About the team:-You will be under the purchasing team as an individual contributor.A typical day will include the following:-

Sourcing suitable textile supply manufacturers including trims, functional fabric, and related commodities
Implement purchasing and related company guidelines/procedures
Manage RFx and maintain close communications with the team incl. but not limited to Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) and material planner to make sourcing decisions
Coordinate and conduct responsible supplier life-cycle management including supplier audit and release, supplier evaluation, and supplier risk management with cross-functional representatives
Facilitate contract negotiation process, take care of commercial clause finalization and coordinate other cross-functional representatives to complete other clause conclusion
Follow up on cost change, analyse change reason and market trend, provide reasonable solutions for cost saving and optimization and manage the progress to meet target
Coordinate any matters related to procurement including cost, quality and delivery

To succeed in this role, you will have:-

Holder of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Materials/Operations Management, Engineering or a related discipline
Min. 5 years of experience in the textile industry; focus on functional textiles and other related accessories
Familiar with global major manufactures of functional textile and related products
