- Degree or relevant professional qualifications in Project Management/Interior Design/Architecture/Civil Engineering or related discipline with minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of quality suppliers and building materials.
- Experience in Retail/Construction background is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking in procurement, vendors management and project management.
- Time management and sense to details is key.
- Good commercial and aesthetic sense.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Multitasking, able to work under pressure within demanding environment.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Able to identify risk management initiative
- Able and willing to travel.
- Proficient in CAD, Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Photoshop.
