- Support China onshore and Hong Kong market
- Overseeing daily branch operations to ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Providing operational support to front-line teams to enhance customer service efficiency.
- Monitoring and analyzing branch performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Preparing accurate and timely reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting in audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintaining proper documentation and records for all operational activities.
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.
- Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations at all times.
- Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
- 1+ year of working experience in trade support field within investment bank
- Strong understanding in financial concepts, able to analyse businesses
- Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
- Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
- Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
