Manage all phases of large-scale residential projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Monitor project progress, addressing issues as they arise to maintain momentum.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality assurance protocols.
Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of experience in managing large-scale new build residential projects.
Preferred qualifications: MCIOB or similar membership.
Proven ability to manage projects from 0-100 units successfully.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
