Manage and prepare accurate Asia’s consolidated management financial reporting and budgeting
Work with and supporting local and overseas Finance teams in Asia for timely deliverable of management reporting
Play a key role for digital transformation projects; Implementation a new budgeting / forecasting tool and development of PBI dashboard etc.
Work at Asia headquarter Finance team and act as HQ focal point; Assist Financial Controller in managing, streamlining and improving the accounting, consolidation and reporting processes. Review, establish and standardize procedures for finance operation efficiency
Support various ad-hoc projects in the areas of financial controls, process governance, process simplification & digitalization
Support budget review and analysis, YoY, growth, and Gross Margin analysis for Asia regions
Occasional oversea travel is expected

Requirements:

Degree holder in Accounting / Finance, CPA / ACCA is a plus
At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in consolidating reporting / APAC regional role are advantageous
Familiar with BI analytic tools
Good command of written and spoken English
Proficiency in MS Excel with Oracle experience is highly preferred
Be able to work in fast-paced environment, and meeting deadlines
Analytical mind with strong business acumen and excellent communication skill
Detailed-minded, accurate, independent, self-motivated, pro-active and organized individual with good interpersonal and influential skills to work with all levels of stakeholders
