  • Provide helpdesk support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and other related computer services.
  • Provide technical support for internal users on: Desktop Software, MS Windows, O365, Office, Outlook.
  • Assist in development and implementation of IT guidelines and procedures.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
  • Responding in a timely manner to ad-hoc issues and service requests.
Job Requirement:
  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
  • At least 1-3 years' experience in IT industry
  • Experience on servicedesk, base knowledge on IT, Cantonese fluent, can read write listen in English, good in software skill
