- Provide helpdesk support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and other related computer services.
- Provide technical support for internal users on: Desktop Software, MS Windows, O365, Office, Outlook.
- Assist in development and implementation of IT guidelines and procedures.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
- Responding in a timely manner to ad-hoc issues and service requests.
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
- At least 1-3 years' experience in IT industry
- Experience on servicedesk, base knowledge on IT, Cantonese fluent, can read write listen in English, good in software skill
