Salary: HKD 40K/month + Discretionary bonus+ Double PayRole Overview:We are looking for a talented and experienced Purchasing and Sourcing Manager to join our client’s team. As a key member of our company, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing their sourcing and purchasing processes to ensure they have access to the best quality materials and components for their lighting decoration products. Working closely with both internal teams and external suppliers, you will play a crucial role in driving cost-efficiency and innovation within their supply chain.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and select the most reliable and cost-effective suppliers for materials and components needed for lighting decoration products.
Dealing with factories in China directly for production, shipment, and on-time delivery
Communicate with different entities for product development and production coordination.
Manage supplier performance and price negotiation
Follow-up Orders and shipment arrangement
Regular on-site factory visits to assess supplier capabilities.
Monitor QC inspection and results.
Collaborate with design and product development teams to understand product requirements and specifications, translating them into sourcing and purchasing strategies.

*Work Travel: Frequent work travel, at least 1 to 2 supplier factory visits in mainland China per monthQualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in sourcing and purchasing within the lighting decoration industry or a related field.
5+ years relevant experience in international trade business with at least 3 years at the supervisory level
Must be familiar with lighting products.
Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP and other formula functions)
Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
