- Provide advanced technical support for IT systems and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements and quality standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical training.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in onsite customer service, with at least 2 years in a team leader or supervisor role in the aviation industry.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MS Office, COTS products, Apple iOS, and Android OS.
- Experience with IT hardware installation, setup, and configuration (e.g., Lenovo PCs, HP printers).
- Familiarity with PC backup and restore procedures.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Experience in airport operations is preferred but not essential.
- Higher Diploma in Computing or related field.
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification is required.
