- Our Hong Kong office serves as a strategic sales hub, with primary markets in Europe, and expansion targets across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and other emerging regions.
- Our manufacturing facilities are located in Dongguan, China and Vietnam.
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in emerging markets.
- This is an individual contributor role that involves close collaboration with the business owner to drive strategic growth.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand market presence, especially in Europe and ASEAN
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive insights in emerging markets.
- Product Expertise: Stay informed on sensor technologies and applications to effectively communicate product value.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with R&D, production, and marketing teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals to maximize profitability.
- Travel: Travel is required to China, Southeast Asia, and other overseas markets for client visits and business development.
- Leadership Partnership: Work directly with the business owner to align sales initiatives with overall company strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of sales experience in the sensor or electronics industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with sensor applications across multiple industries
- Strong understanding of market dynamics in ASEAN, the Middle East, and other emerging regions
- Engineering background is a strong advantage
