Then read on.About the RoleHandle financial reporting, regulatory & tax filing for AIA HK Pension and other ad hoc reporting projects and tasks.Roles and Responsibilities:1. Responsible for the IFRS reporting of HK pension business to be submitted to senior management and Group finance
  • Ensure financial accountings (i.e. income, expenses and intercompany transactions) are properly and accurately complied with IFRS requirements
  • Understand the overall workflow and process for the assigned tasks and well plan the reporting schedule to ensure on-time delivery
  • Provide analytical support to management
  • Support the revamp and automation on financial reporting procedures, if any
2. Statutory reporting and monitoring
  • Assist in year-end statutory audit
  • Ensure compliance with the financial resources requirements stipulated by SFC and MPFA
  • Prepare statutory returns on monthly/ annual basis
  • Handle enquires from regulators
  • Prepare tax filing to IRD and handle tax payment process
3. Other responsibilities
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet regulatory/operational requirements
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • University graduate with major in Accountancy and a member of recognized professional accounting body plus minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Sound pension or fund accounting knowledge and experience is a plus
  • Hands-on experience on ledger booking is a plus
  • Knowledge in up-to-date accounting standards
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with creativity
  • Proficient in Excel functions
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated and be able to work under tight schedule and pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills
