Prepare management information statistics, financial analyses and communication documentation.
Provide data management and administrative support, such as record maintenance and arranging traveling and meeting (internal / external) logistics.
Assist in finance and operation system implementation, process change and data migration.
Perform ad hoc jobs as assigned.

The Person:

Degree holder in Finance, Economics or related disciplines with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in Banking / Financial services industry.
Professional qualifications such as CPA, FRM, CFA will be desirable.
A highly motivated self-starter and team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently and detail oriented.
Excellent command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin.
Experience in data, news and analytics software is desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing.
