
IT Support Engineer [12-Month Renewable Contract]

- Provide level 1-2 technical support to end users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity in a timely manner.
- Diagnose and resolve end-user IT issues, including operating system errors (Windows, macOS), application malfunctions, and connectivity problems, using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk).
- Develop and deliver basic training sessions or one-on-one support to enhance end users’ digital literacy and proficiency with organizational tools and applications.
- Monitor end-user systems and applications for performance issues, reporting potential problems to IT leadership for proactive resolution.
- Gather end-user feedback on IT systems and services, collaborating with IT teams to recommend enhancements and improve user satisfaction.
- Degree Tertiary or above qualification in IT, Sciences or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of technical support experience
