Our team offers professional wealth management advice at both a local level and on a global scale.Should you join our Private Banking business, you will focus on building close relationship with our high-net-worth customers, providing professional advice and premium service to them and contribute to the profitability of the Bank.We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager, reporting to Team Head Relationship Management.Principal responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of ultra HNW private banking customers
  • Provide investment advice and deliver premium service to customers and execute their orders
  • Perform investment portfolios analysis, monitor the performance and make necessary recommendation on portfolio re-allocation
  • Manage the credit quality and monitor the exposure of customers’ loan portfolios
  • Work with internal departments to solicit business referrals
Requirements
  • University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications such as CFP or CFA
  • Passes in the HKSI and IIQE licensing examinations
  • Proven banking experience, with good knowledge of investment products
  • Strong sales orientation and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to communicate effectively, embrace change and overcome challenges
  • Strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment
  • Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in both written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
  • Ability to communicate effectively, embrace change and overcome challenges
  • Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Relationship Manager
