• Deliver consistent, friendly and responsive service to customers at all times
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of sales
• Communicate confidently the unique selling points and benefits of the product
• Use product knowledge to provide mix and match ideas to maximize sales value
• Manage the floor and stockroom effectively and ensure it is tidy and organized
• Play an active role in replenishing stock, ensure continued stock supply and stock record accuracy
• Maintain visual merchandising standards
• Make recommendations to improve the sell-through
• Pay attention to fashion trend, actively learn and implement new ideas, methods and skills, and share with teammates regularly
• Play an active role in achieving key performance measurements and to increase the store performance
• Deals with complaints, with the support of Store Supervisor or Store-in-charge
• Comply with and implement all organisational policies, procedures and legislation
• Provide support to Store Supervisor or Store-in-Charge in all back of house and administrative operations, regular stock take and store events

• Minimum 2 years retail experience in fashion industry for Senior Sales Assistant; for Sales Assistant, at least 2 years relevant experience in similar role

• Good command of local language and one foreign language is preferred
• Service oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player, passionate, dynamic, responsible and patient
