  • Degree holder in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years’ relevant experience, with 3 years at managerial level, preferably in the field of property repair & maintenance
  • Member of CIBSE or HKIE or equivalent is preferred
  • Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade B or above is preferred
  • Well-versed with relevant ordinances and ISO9001, 14001 & H&S implementation
  • Presentable, with good communication and leadership skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
