Sales Administrator (FMCG trading)

- Order processing, order management and follow up with new and existing customers
- Process sales orders, replenishment and returns and follow up with logistics team on daily delivery arrangement
- Handle customer enquiries, maintain good relationship with customers, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
- F.5 / DSE or above
- Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience in sales administration
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Office, including WORD, EXCEL and Chinese Word Processing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good telephone manner, well-organized and detail minded
- Willing to learn and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Immediate available is preferred
