  • Develop, organize, execute, and supervise market expansion strategies and sales operations in the designated industries.
  • Oversee the strategic account management process, which includes negotiating terms and conditions, building strategic relationships, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering business growth.
  • Create and implement sales strategies utilizing various online and offline channels.
  • Evaluate sales trends and analyze relevant reports to forecast sales performance.
  • Conduct market research and offer market intelligence and insights to support future sales strategy development.
skills & experiences required.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Account Management and the implementation of logistics/supply chain projects.
  • Exhibit exceptional influencing and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation and negotiation skills, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • International exposure or experience in China is highly advantageous.
  • Display proficient analytical skills with a keen business sense, meticulousness, and strong numerical aptitude.
  • Have advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
  • Possess excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills, with fluency in Putonghua being essential.
