- Develop, organize, execute, and supervise market expansion strategies and sales operations in the designated industries.
- Oversee the strategic account management process, which includes negotiating terms and conditions, building strategic relationships, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering business growth.
- Create and implement sales strategies utilizing various online and offline channels.
- Evaluate sales trends and analyze relevant reports to forecast sales performance.
- Conduct market research and offer market intelligence and insights to support future sales strategy development.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, Project Management, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Account Management and the implementation of logistics/supply chain projects.
- Exhibit exceptional influencing and communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong presentation and negotiation skills, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
- International exposure or experience in China is highly advantageous.
- Display proficient analytical skills with a keen business sense, meticulousness, and strong numerical aptitude.
- Have advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
- Possess excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills, with fluency in Putonghua being essential.
